So the wait is about to end! After two friendly tournaments GPL-II has finally arrived with much anticipation and excitement. The tournament shall be played from the 28th of August, spreading over a week and involving 6-8 teams. The registration for the same is open now. Though, we are not still sure of the exact number of teams and their composition, but we are sure about a few. The UnderDogz will play their original squad, minus Anand Nair, who will be missed greatly, given his extra-ordinary fielding abilities. We are having team talks regarding our sixth player and will very soon decide the issue. I assume that the Radians too will play their original team. The team which opted out of the Challenger Series was Abhinav's (21 Centurians) Team and it will be interesting to see their team composition. GJ-6, i think more or less will have the same bunch of player.
The UnderDogz will look forward to break their semi-final jinx. I think our batting has improved to a great deal, with the lower order (Specially Kanishq) contributing valuable runs. Vinit is looking in good touch. Amit and i need to get some match practice to get into the groove. We definitely are desperate to clinch the title this time and i hope we will play good cricket to ensure the same.
